广州市黄埔区喜宝食品厂，前身为香港景煌企业集团有限公司，在1999年于中国广东省广州市设立厂房， 是广州市最具规模的鱼翅來料加工厂，将传统鱼翅加工行业企业化。产品包括：即食鸡汤炖鲍翅、即用急冻鱼翅等。
2005年，香港喜宝食品厂成功将其收购，重新组成广州市喜宝食品厂，购买地皮自建厂房于广州市黄埔区南岗，引进日本蒸煮袋灭菌技术及新含气食品概念，专门生产即食炖汤、即食鱼翅、即食鲍鱼、即食海参及其他蒸煮袋食品。
2005年9月，ISO22000在中国正式发佈。同年12月，广州市喜宝食品厂与法国贝尔国际验证技术服务有限公司(AFAQ)订下ISO22000之国际食品质量安全体系合同，並于2006年9月獲证，为中国广东省首批获发ISO22000之食品加工厂之一。
生产企业获中国国家认证认可监督管理委员会颁发出口卫生注册证书，厂房以5S管理，生产以食品安全体系ISO22000作为标准。
Guangzhou Xibao Food Factory, it's former company is King's Mark Holdings Limited, formed in Guangzhou China in 1999, used to be the largest shark's fin processing plant located in Guangzhou. Products including ready-to-serve shark's
fin in chicken broth, frozen shark's fin.In 2005, Hong Kong Xibao Food Factory bought all the shares and reformed the company. The company bought land in Guangzhou and built the factory, manufacturing retort pouch products of ready-to-serve shark's fin, abalone, sea cucumber, fish maw, ....etc., by using retort pouch manufacturing techniques gained from Japan.
In September 2005, The first international standard in the field of food industry, ISO22000, was raised. Guangzhou Xibao Food Factory signed agreement with AFAQ, France in Dec. 2005, and was issued of ISO22000 in September 2006, being one of the first batch factory for the issued of ISO22000 in Guang Dong Province, China.
The factory follows 5S as the management basis, and production under the conditions of ISO22000.
